La Quebrada Acapulco Cliff Divers bring people from around the world to view this spectacular show of bravery. Acapulco has become known form this event. Young men dive over jagged cliffs, leaping into the waves below. They use the waves as a cushion when diving into the shallow water below, each jump mus be carefully timed. This group of professional divers leap from heights of 148 ft.

When the sun sets there are spectacular night shows, where divers use fire in their dives to create stunning flaming comments of the cliffs.
